TreX Triathlon Entries


Enter online and pay by Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Secure online entry system provided by eWay.
Online entries close 5pm Wednesday prior to the event.

Late Entries

Providing the event is not full, ‘Late Entries’ will be accepted up until 30 minutes before the close of registration.

Late Entries‘ incur an additional $30 administration fee.

Entries may close without notice when the event is full. When the event is sold out a notice will be posted on the specific event page.

Entry Closures

Entries close at 5pm Wednesday prior to the event day. After this time ‘Late Entries‘ may be made available online up until 30 minutes before registration closes.

Early Bird Entry Closure

Discounted Early Bird Entries close 4 weeks prior to the event date.

Triathlon Australia Day License

The National and State Cross Triathlon Championships, as well as all TreX events are sanctioned by the sport’s governing body, Triathlon Australia. Participants who are not a member of Triathlon Australia will be required to purchase a One Day License for the events and covers competitors’ insurance. To avoid having to pay the additional One Day License fee participants can choose to become a member of Triathlon Australia, which as well as giving you a discounted event entry, offers the following benefits:

  2. Membership with TA & the provision of a membership card recognised Australia wide
  3. 24 hour personal accident insurance while training for and competing in sanctioned races in Australia

Entry Conditions

  • All competitors must complete the on line entry form, pay the entry fee and agree to the terms and conditions before their entry is accepted.
  • In 2 Adventure reserves the right to refuse entry to any participant to any event without explanation.
  • Entry fees & registrations are non-transferable from one competitor to another or from one event to another. It is forbidden to participate in an event under another competitor’s registration, without notifying the organisers. Competitors that do not obey this rule waive all insurance coverage & put other competitors at risk.
  • All licensed competitors must include their license numbers when registering to avoid being charged the unlicensed rate.
  • Competitors must bring a paper copy of their entry invoice to registration to avoid being charged the event entry fee in the unlikely event where the entry has not registered.

Where an event has sold out entries may close without notice. A notification will appear on the TreX website on the entries page.
